Responsibilities:
1. Accurate Data Entry for Import Transactions:
· Execute precise and timely data entries for import-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.
· Utilize advanced data entry techniques to manage complex import financial data efficiently.
2. Contract Management:
· Handle import-related contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
· Analyze contracts to identify key terms, conditions, and obligations, providing insights for decision-making.
3. Effective Communication with Stakeholders:
· Communicate seamlessly with suppliers, clearing agents, and other external stakeholders to facilitate smooth import operations.
· Act as a central point of contact for communication, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely coordination.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
· Maintain meticulous documentation of import-related activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
· Collaborate with clearing agents to streamline customs clearance processes and maintain compliance.
