HR Manager - Comprehensive HR and Admin Oversight

Responsibilities:

1.     Strategic HR Planning:

·       Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

·       Ensure HR initiatives contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.

2.     Employee Engagement and Relations:

·       Implement effective employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.

·       Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering positive employee relations.

3.     Admin Team Leadership:

·       Lead and oversee the administrative team, providing guidance for efficient workflow and task allocation.

·       Develop and optimize administrative processes to support seamless operations.

4.     Team Development:

·       Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR and Admin teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

·       Implement training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

5.     End-to-End Recruitment and Onboarding:

·       Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

·       Oversee the onboarding process, facilitating smooth integration of new hires.

·       Specific recruitment for contract staff and labour for factory based roles – policies and excecution

6.     Performance Management:

·       Implement and manage performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance.

·       Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and recognition programs.

7.     Employee Well-being and Benefits Administration:

·       Develop and administer employee well-being programs, emphasizing health and wellness.

·       Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

8.     Policy Development and Compliance:

·       Develop and update HR policies in line with organizational needs and compliance requirements.

·       Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.

9.     Conflict Resolution and Mediation:

·       Handle employee conflicts and disputes, providing effective resolution and mediation.

·       Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through conflict resolution initiatives.

·       Strategic HR Management: Proven experience in developing and executing strategic HR plans.

·       Employee Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee engagement.

Previous Experience:

·       Successful track record in HR management roles, demonstrating leadership in all aspects of HR and Admin oversight.
