Responsibilities:

1.     Digital Media Strategy:

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy for an omnichannel food brand.

·       Leverage digital platforms for brand promotion, customer engagement, and lead generation.

2.     Cross-Platform Marketing:

·       Design and implement cross-platform marketing plans to ensure consistent brand messaging across various channels.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with the overall brand strategy.

3.     Omnichannel Marketing:

·       Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints.

·       Develop and execute campaigns that integrate digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.

4.     PR and Communication:

·       Lead PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and manage the brand's reputation.

·       Develop communication strategies to convey brand messages effectively to the target audience.

5.     Digital Marketing Campaigns:

·       Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve brand objectives.

·       Utilize analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.

6.     Social Media Management:

·       Oversee social media channels, creating engaging content and fostering a community around the brand.

·       Monitor trends and stay abreast of social media best practices to enhance brand presence.

7.     Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

·       Ensure marketing initiatives support the overall brand positioning and business objectives.

Skills:

·       Cross-Platform Marketing: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing cross-platform marketing plans. Proven experience in developing and executing digital media strategies for brands, with a focus on omnichannel presence.

·       PR and Communication Skills: Strong PR skills with the ability to create effective communication strategies.

·       Omnichannel Marketing: Experience in driving omnichannel marketing initiatives for brands in the food industry.

·       Digital Marketing Campaign & Social Media Management: Proficiency in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Expertise in managing social media channels for brand building and engagement.

Proficiency in Tools/Software:

·       Mastery in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

·       Familiarity with social media management tools.

Previous Experience:

·       Successful track record in developing and executing digital media and omnichannel marketing strategies for food brands.

·       Proven experience in PR and communication roles, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.

·       Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing efforts.
